What blades always accompany you in the woods?

A LMF II was my biggest surprise in an enormous pile of packages I received yesterday.

It is everything I expected it to be, an excellent knife.

i take it by your location that you are in the service? if so, my family and I give you our deepest thanks for your service. no matter what crap i hear on the network news, i know its you guys that are making it work.

i would be VERY interested in hearing how well your Gerber LMF II does under all kinds of conditions and uses. also would be interested in hearing any stories or news from there if you have time.

Stay safe! - Eric

Last time I went into the woods I carried a CS tomahawk:D , kukri machete, several fixed blades:D , about tweny folders from CS, beachmade, agrussel, spyderco, buck, and a few others.:D
Upon arival at the camp site, I realised that I was not in the woods at all, but rather a small lodge, near A tree and a brisk fifteen second walk from th local store:uhoh: . It was far more civilisad than my front porch! Never even used a knife in the three days we were there (thas abnormal for me), my trip to the ''wild'', was not so wild, but I was well eqiped!:D :D
