I just finished my first box of these - 148 gr HBWC - and the box they came in is pretty nice - sturdy plastic, lid closes tightly, the label peels off nice & clean. I'd hate to just throw it in the recycling bin. On the other hand, in a few months I'm probably going to have a bunch more empty ones. Anyone discover a slick use for these?

I've got about 5 dozen of them by now. Haven't thought of anything clever to do with them yet but can't bear to just pitch them.

I cast bullets and they're handy for storing the cast and lubed bullets. They're also great for small parts, etc. I've even bought them from Berry's to use for storing cast bullets, in addition to the ones I get when buying bullets from them.

I put more bullets in them.

Seriously. I'm always ordering cast bullets from somebody or another, and they're usually packed in cardboard and styrofoam, arriving halfway torn open from UPS or USPS. So they go in the Berry's boxes, with a homemade label describing what they are. Same for bulk jacketed bullets from Widener's, etc. ;)

I was using them to hold finished ammo, but now that I have a Load Master I just dump the finished rounds into my steel ammo box - one of those military boxes.:)

If you start ordering them by the thousand they'll send them in a cardboard box, not four of those sweet plastic boxes.

Oh, I don't use that little red bin that Lee included with the Load Master. I let the rounds fall into a 5 gallon bucket on the floor with a piece of mesh netting over the top. I don't like to stop once I get going.

I use them to hold reloaded ammo. They are the perfect size to hold 100 rounds of 40 S&W or 45 ACP.

Since I use a single stage press, I usually load ammo in 100 round batches. I just store the ammo in those Berrys boxes and put a Midway label on the lid so I know the details of the contents.

My wife has recently discovered that those boxes are the right size to hold some of her craft supplies. I reckon that means I'll just have to buy more bullets to keep both of us supplied with empty boxes :D

I store stuff in them. Like after I moly coat bullets I use them. I use them for storing bulk bullets, like Nosler seconds.

I usually dump .22LR bricks into them, from the original cardboard boxes. Regular tossing around during transport of the cardboard boxes usually allows the bullets to fall out everywhere before they're all consumed in my plinkers.

I put reloaded ammo, nuts and bolts and Misc. type stuff. My wife has discovered them and started stealing them from me for her sewing stuff. Can't ever have too many

I use the blue Midway boxes for that, but that's a good idea as well. Midway makes 3 sizes. I wish they made bigger ones as well.

Haven't bought any bullets from them since I cast my own but I use Berry's Mfg plastic ammo boxes to store all my pistol reloaded ammo. I think this is appropriate since they already have my name on them. :)

Good shooting and be safe.

Some go for second-tier reloads like handfuls of 9mm, but the some get used for fasteners and hardware at work (I'm a tradesman), and the rest I hand out to co-workers for the same use.
I especially like looking into my NPR-loving co-worker's Toyota and seeing all those bullet boxes full of screws. Perfect.

I just ordered Berry's Bullets for the first time. 1000 each of 357 and 45. They came in cardboard boxes; I cut the flaps off and use them for empty cases.
