What do you think of this .50 Beowolf deal?

Sorry about the spelling.

So locally, there is a .50 Beowolf, 2 boxes of ammo, some brass (about two boxes worth), Lee dies, and a basic level Leupold scope on an AR styled Bushmaster rifle with a collapsible stock in very good condition for $1000.

So, what do you think?

If it's an Alexander Arms, I say go for it big time!!!!


The guys at Alexander are awesome. Been wanting one of their 6.8 uppers for a long time.

That is a pretty good deal. My Beowulf Upper was $720 and ammo is about $30/box of 20 and the dies are $50. A lower complete from Bushy is about $250. Shooting this caliber from a Collapsible stock with short buffer and spring is a little more punishment than most prefer but no worse than a 12 GA with 3" shells. Some are reporting a long wait time for their Uppers or complete rifles from AA so I would jump on it.
