I'm trading for some reloading stuff to get started. Here is what I am getting for sure there is also a box of misc. stuff but I don't know whats in it.

One Lyman 4 station turret press with primer feed (AA)

One Pacific/Hornady Single Stage Press

One RCBS Gravity feed powder drop

One RCBS Kinetic Bullet Puller

One Ohaus Balance Beam Powder Scale

A set of .45 carbide dies, .38 dies

What else will I need to get started? I'm planning on doing .45 ACP to start out with. I've got a Sportsmans Warehouse should I get my stuff there or mail order?

Thanks

You will definately need some calipers, and with a .45, a case tumbler:) welcome to the world of reloading! JDGray

I've found I don't care for the press mounted priming systems. A Lee Auto Prime II works well, and is cheap. Down side is you will need a sheel holder just for it in the calibers you will be loading for. The reason I use the hand held priming system is because I like to "feel" the primer seated in the primer pocket.

The other posters have done a good job of listing what you will need. I would also try to find someone willing to set down with you and show you the ropes. While a person can learn to reload from the books it sure makes it easy to have someone help out the first time or two.
