Won the auction! Suposed to be a M39 Turk built in 43. Any more info would help. Will recieve the rifle next week.

I don't know about the date but that is a turkish mauser. Let us know when you shoot it.
 
8mm Mauser will work, The Turkish Mausers look rough, but most were made in Germany before WW1, and are very well made.
