I am interested in selling my 1911 and was wondering what it might be worth.
Its a "Springfield 1911a-1 45acp custom loaded" that is what it said in the catalog when i bought it about 4 years ago. It is in excellent condition only having about 350-400 rounds through it. (bought it for HD) Its a SS finish with no scratches or anything. I couldn't really find the exact one on gunbroker so that is why I am asking.

If there is anything else that matters on the price just ask.

Thanks

p.s. I would take an ar-15 lower as partial trade

It comes in a blue springfield case and does not have night sights. Condition would be 90% (very modest) also comes with 2 factory mags. The barrel is almost new because i traded barrels right after i bought it.

I would be interested in trading for a Beretta 92 or sig 226 9mm as well.

Springfield Loaded? 4 years old and traded barrel? Look to get about $500 for it. The box should have the model number on the tag. FWIW I bought my Springfield Loaded SS brand new for $640

I see a couple of new SA Loaded Stainless on GunsAmerica for just under $800. You might get $500 trade-in but I would think you would get more selling to an individual. Maybe $600 or so?

The traded barrel would bother me unless maybe it's a Kart or similar. Most enhancements to 1911s don't add much value and may even detract. Buyers don't know if it's an expert job or some nut with an overactive dremel tool. Some may not even like the add-ons. Depends on what they are and on the person. For example, I don't shoot competitively so have no need for an extended magwell. Others love them.

They sell for about $550 to $650 around here. Depends on condition and sights.

I barrel might be an issue as well. Do you know who made it?
