Marlin 60....

Almost 12,000,000 sold so far. That says something. The older Glenfield 60s are made a little better, with better wood. They're still pretty cheap, too.

If you aren't looking for a 10/22, then you aren't looking for the best.22 autoloader to own. Maybe you should rephrase your question to read more like, "what is the second best .22 autoloader..."

Anyway, yeah I'd go with a Marlin 60 for sure. They are a sweet gun.
