What is the last gun that you bought?

sorry i have been away

I have been busy, but I have been purchasing quite a few new guns. Got this in yesterday from Gun Broker. I got a Fabrique Nationale BDA in .380. But in the last couple of weeks I picked up Mossburg 500 riot with a 3 rail system and 2 spot lights,.

I bought a Springfield 1903 (NRA rifle from 1912, in near mint condition), a Savage 93 in .22WMR, and a Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical .45ACP ... all in the early part of 2012, just months before I lost my aerospace job. Had the summer off (not by design), and shot the dickens out of the Springfield while testing new handloads. Finally shot the .45 for the first time this past weekend, testing a new handload as well.

Still haven't shot the Savage ...

you have excellent taste. my 422 is the ''poor man's copy''.

Thank You.

I had the pellet gun copy years ago (S & W 78G). I accidentally dropped it off my deck & broke it :(. It had the same weight and ergonomics as the 41. Very comfortable in the hand.

I can't wait to shoot the 41.

if paying for the shipping is part of bought. then I just received a Model 61 .22 that my grandfather had purchased new in 1936.

Hueyville, love your bike, is it the new Ultra? I bought my Road King a month before that color came out, man I like it. Great rifle also, I just added a G30 to my small collection.

Finally got the dealer to get real on his price for a Model 66 no dash, 2.5" . Gladly Snagged it, had forgotten how much fun it is to shoot a .357 snubby...wow. I found a set of Pach's on ebay, they are on the way.

John486, the bike is actually a 1978 flh I did a restomod on a few years ago. Restoring and modifying motorcycles is another of my hobbies. Doing a ground up '88 Softail right now. Told the wife I was buying the lathe for bikes but then she caught me chucking rifle barrels in it so she isn't sure how much money I am going through in materials in my machine shop.

My last purchase was a very nice little SAR B6P Compact. I had never seen one before I saw it through the glass, it just called to me. I love its look, feel, and now that its broken in it is a great shooter.

I also saw this very nice little CZ clone (like a very compact CZ 75) in .380 acp but I didn't have the cash on hand and I didn't recognize the brand. My wife really liked it so I'm going to try and find out what it was and do some research on it, and it might be my next purchase.

Last one purchased, Uberti 1860 Army. Way to get around the recent ammo shortage/price increase, at least thats what I told my beloved wife to expain the purchase.

The one before that, which I hadda send back for repairs, got back a week or so afore the C n' B, made it seem as though I got two new guns in one month.:):):):) image_zps5e5d75b9.jpg
Cimarron Thunderer, .45 Colt, 3.5" barrel. Old school NY reload for the 5.5" Model P.
Please forgive the messy status of my desk. Prepping to move. Gonna have an office and a workshop in my new abode. Can't wait.
