new Sig P226

Just bought a brand-spanking new Sig P226 in 9mm last night. Lovely sidearm and a very sweet trigger on it. Supposedly it is one the new ones totally manufactured in Germany (P226 German)--description matches what I see on the Sig website--but I don't really care that much.

Now I get to learn how to strip down and really clean a new weapon--as soon as I go to the range and get it dirty.

Hi-Point 995TS carbine. Boy it's a shooter! I've shot lots of handguns and rifles, but this is going to be great for varmints and for home defense. As one's eyes (and the rest of him) gets older, something like a carbine is really great for home defense, and the bullets won't take out the neighbors as much as a .556 will.

Nice P226! It's one of my favorite guns.......... you'll enjoy, trust me! Thanks for sharing...... my latest addition is a Sig (gotta love Sig's) P220 Equinox......... mfg 5 July,2011. Picked it up at a guns show this past weekend, used but never fired...... First owner had to sell it and a few other guns, not sure why. Sorry the pic's not so good, but have to use my phone's camera as my wife dropped ours in the ocean.
