What is the last handgun you got in 2004?

This one:

A parked Security-Six from one of Wildalaska's auctions. I was in his shop and he was about to put it up for auction. He offered to sell it to me on the spot. I declined. He said to make a bid. Got home, got to thinking, and put in a bid that I was sure would be beat. It wasn't. :D Of course, one expense leads to another, so I just had to get a DeSantis thumb break scabbard to go with it. Seems like nobody makes an IWB for four inch medium frame revolvers any more!

Kahr PM-9

Bought for occaisional pocket carry. Unfortunately due to my recent schedule have only had it out twice for about 250 rounds, so not quite ready for carry. I can say the first 250 have been flawless.

A coworker brought in a S&W Model 14 6" .38spl with a shoulder holster that his grandfather had and after the guy passed away, his grandmother didn't want it. He took it to a local gunshop to see if the owner would give him some idea about its worth or if it could be consigned.

Apparently the shop didn't to be bothered with it as he came back with it and mumbled something about $200. He didn't seem to want to deal with the shop so I looked it over and wound up giving him the $200 for it, the shoulder holster (from A.E. Nelson, Salem OR) and about 30 rounds of really old Federal .38spl round nose in a plastic case.

Turns out it's about 90-95% and it looks like it had only been fired a few times. The rifling looks like brand new and outside from a bit of the bluing worn off at the muzzle due to being in the holster.

First range outing gave me 2" groups at 25 yds after a 1-click left windage adjustment. Think I got a deal!!

Springfield 1911 was last of 2004 in november.

It was supposed to be a 1911 colt for last of 2004 but layoff hurt the gun fund so it sits on layaway to be liberated with in 2-3 weeks so it will be first of 2005.

Got a sweet little .22 S&W 317 Kit gun with the hi viz sights and no internal lock. Has a super nice trigger in single and double action. It's a keeper!

SRH in 45C/454Casull w/9 1/2 in. bbl. and shadow grey. long barrel decreases recoil while increasing velocity, so they tell me. i know it dont kick near as much as i figured or wanted. hopefuly my next is the SnW 500. that may satisfy my curiosity, a 475 Linebaugh did. maybe i should use two hands. ???

Ported, 6-inch S&W 629 Classic (.44 mag), just two weeks ago.

Wonderfully accurate - at 30 feet offhand, 16 of the first 18 shots formed a single jagged hole in the bull. I can shoot other guns poorly, but not this one.

I got a RAP401 a few months back ... sold my 1970 Porsche 914 to my brother and took the pistol as partial trade.

Attached is a photo of it with a set of Cocobolo grips I made for it (the grips where a gift to my brother for Christmas and are now on his RAP440 ... I have enough wood left to make a set for myself).

First, last and only one bought in Anno Domini 2004 was a Bulgarian Mak, picked up cheap and intended as an extra|stash|parts|loaner gun. $99 with one magazine.

I reclaimed my square but, pinned barrel Model 36 from the consignment rack where I had unwisely placed it. Now it's a counterpart to my 13-2. Sweet, sweet shooters both.
