What is this gun?

This is a screen capture from a Twitter video. Ignoring the stupid electric chain saw bayonet, what’s the gun? It’s obviously a “pistol” because of the pistol brace, but is it an AK variant or a shotgun? I ask because it looks like the barrel is fat enough to maybe be a 20 gauge.

Yep, a Russian Saiga 12 with drum magazine - basically, it's an AK47 style rifle, but using 12 gauge shotgun shells.

Just to be argumentative, I don’t think it’s a Saiga. If it is it’s heavily modified.

The pictures aren’t clear, but you can’t really see a bolt handle or the safety lever. It looks like so thing there, but it doesn’t look like a standard Saiga 12

I couldn’t find anything that looked just like it on their websight.

*Sigh* Well, it's been a loooonggg time since I've seen the movie. I'll have to dig out my DVD.
