Mine is Hornady TAP 147gr jhp. It has black nickel plated casings to ensure proper feeding and ejection, the bullets have good penetration and expansion, and the powder is formulated to have low flash to preserve night vision.

Federal HST's are in the mag now. I've got about 30 different types i've been trying out and the top 5 rank like this:

Federal HST's
Win Ranger 147gr JHP
Rem Golden Sabers
Win Silvertips
Glasers

I still want to try out the CorBon DPW rounds. I can't seem to find them anywhere though. I really like the Hornady TAP 147gr 9mm in my carbine. Also, the Federal 147gr subsonic JHP's are nice in the longer barrels like carbines. I like that smooth shooting, quieter round!!!

The CorBons have always been alot of noise and flame for me, but they're effective. I've always used Speer Gold Dot 124gr+P, and I've yet to find a gun that doesn't feed them flawlessly. However, my local range has started stocking Black Hills Gold Dots, and man are they accurate! It's $35/50, but the actual cost-per-round is cheaper, too.

The 9mm with a premium bullet that cycles my wife's SA UC wihtout a hiccup: Federal Personal Defense 135gr.

Not tha most popular, but it is reliable in my wife's 1911 and the brass does not land on her head, like the Gold Dots did.

Speer 124 +P gold dots. After I use up my current supply, (on badguys ;) ) I'm gonna go back to standard pressure. I don't think the perps will notice the difference, but I will in follow up shot time with my K9.

124gr+p Gold Dots as loaded by Black Hills. Although I do want to give the TAP ammo a try, after some of the informal results I have been told.
