What kind of revolver is this?

This gun has a stamp on the side of the barrel (F&C). The handle frame has NV on it. It looks like everyrthing needs to be screwed in. The rifling rolls from right to left ever so slightly. It looks like the cylinder rolls out to the right. The serial number is 29 on the right bottom side of the frame. Im not sure if this is a westly or not? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
