If you think it's TAC, weigh the factory charge and duplicate that in TAC. Take a look at a reloading manual and see how much TAC they suggest with that bullet weight. Shoot it over a chronograph and see how it compares to the Black Hills. I've read BH is one of the best factory rounds...I've read a couple of magazine articles trying to duplicate the factory, once and a while they get really close.After tearing down a Black Hills 223 in the blue box, it sure looks like TAC to me... I could be wrong of course, but I poured some TAC next to it and it sure looks the same...
