What should I do?

I have a K.I.S.S. 20" A2 upper, but I'm leaning towards selling it to buy a 16" flat-top upper, I'll use it for hunting, plinking, and HD. Should I sell and buy a 16" upper, or keep my 20" upper and add a rail, eo tech, rear buis, and a light?

They can be great but for the casual shooter or plinker (like me) they EAT ammo with an enormous appetite.

Between 16" or 20" make mine 16" everytime. Better size/utility yet long enough to reach out and touch something at several hundred yards out.

If getting a 16", be sure to check out mid-length gas system. Great setup for a 16". I'm partial to BCM mid-length uppers (BravoCompanyUSA.com) due to what you get for the price.

Personally I would go with a 20" flat top...but any flat top is better IMO...what about buying a new upper receiver, and keep the bbl, bolt, et cetera?

Then why ask...sell what you have and get what you want, besides a stripped upper costs a great deal less than all the accessories or likely less than the new upper traded in.

if you have the money i think you should just get another upper, a 16" one. then you can have both.
