What spring for a 9mm 1911 using +P?

I will be shooting about 600 rounds on someone elses tab this weekend with my Springer 1911 9mm. The ammo they will be providing is Speer 9MM +P. Should I use the standard spring or do I need a heavier spring.

What weight is suggested for +P? I have the original spring in there right now.

Probably a 16-18.5 lb. spring, but I'd call Wolff and make sure:

12 or 14 depending on your gun. Not as much recoil there as one might think.

I had to run 10 pounders for regular ammo and 12 for +p.
