also you could go a different route and get a krebs custom ak-47 or 74

they seem to be a particular flavor for higher budgets

My Ruger Red Ball not nice enough?

Sorry, when I looked at your list Ruger Red Label is what ran through my head. Is "Red Ball" a nickname for that, or is it a gun I have never heard of (which is more than possible)? I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything.

Opps those are the rifles you own... Hm

M1 carbine. German Luger, Kar98k. Polish TT-33 hmmmm Mosin Nagant Sniper. Double barrel shotgun. Hmmmm Colt 1911, Judge 410. Ah Nagant revolver(can not spell) Or that cool lever action .410 by Marlin. Or a Tommy gun

Ok, just a couple...don't have the time to send you a proper list

Cowboy guns:
Winchester 1873 by brisco in OK
Colt 1873 replicas
stoeger coach gun
and all the gear to go with
dillon press
that will about do in your 3k

or, why not a shilo sharps quigley gun

or a savage 12F/TR...amazing .88inches at 500 yrds!

a pair of sprinfield long slides

a pair of glock 20s for hunting and a dillion 650 to reload for it

man, the list could go on!

Enjoy and let us know what you get.

A Lee-Enfield #5 Jungle Carbine.
Possibly a classic Yugo Mauser, or very nice Czech VZ-24 if you find one, and a large heap of ammo.

How about just lots of .30 (etc) caliber ammo in two flavors, unless your present supplies can never run out?

I would go with an AR10. Definately go with a Glock 19. I just picked up a 44 magnum that is extremely fun to shoot, I would definitely recomend one of those. For $3000, you could get all three of them and some nice accessories for the AR10.

kb308, I was thinking the same thing. Specifically though, the Yugo M76. 8mm in an SVD package. There's nothing like that in your list

I don't know man, I think the M76 is really a pumped up AK style if I'm not mistaken. I think the SVD is pretty different. However, the rifles are probably roughly the same in capability.

They're actually quite different. The receiver is forged, and the barrel is hammer forged and screw assembled into the trunnion. Very very high quality rifle. I had the awesome experience of shooting one of those when visiting a friend in Serbia.

Edit: Quick search brought me here

Cool!

I agree with those that said get handguns, you're lacking quite a few good choices there while you're in good shape with long arms.

I'd go with quality - let's see you have a 1911 - how about a Browning Hi-Power, a Glock, maybe a good S&W revolver. And buy all the ammo you can.
