I'm reorganizing
If I don't get my price
http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=297356 , I'm keeping them. Other stuff included, its had 39 lookers but no offers.
I am moving the two Tauras' and keeping them at my Nephew, my heir's, house for "in case". He does not have any revolvers. His .45 semi
may be not function from lack of cleaning. I think revolvers sit bettter in drawers when the time is measured in decades; no springs under tention. I already gave gave him my Ruger .44 deerstaker for smaller son to use, 30-06 BAR for bigger son, and AK, semi, clone.
One should always carry a holstered pistol, 24/7. For my part, yes, have it even in the restroom. The locked trigger/guard is to hold the rifle neutral if someone quietly breaks in while you are in your office.
Guess I wasn't clear enough. I'm still pretty tired from neurosurgery. What a Hades of a long recovery period this has been.
Sorry about the mis-quote. I am keerping my scanfium S&W .357 on my person.
Summation: loaded .243 by door will have trigger lock. I may miss a chance at a critter, but in the big picture, its not important if every possible nuisance is shot at.
S&W hammerless .357 on person.
Four shot Mini-30 in office. Still need good bigger mag or are U.S.A. reliable enough?
Glock, 26 rounds loaded on nightstand. Wife has .44 Bulldog on hers and .38Ruger 5 shot in kitchen.
I never said an American Arms mini 5 shot .22LR revolver SA sits inside a hollow clock by the door.
Safe queen M29 and Taurus .38 with gold, rosewood stay in safe in case we are invited to a party with a "wear boots and best" theme." Trap 12ga, other unloaded guns in safe.
