I'm thinking about selling my Bersa Thunder .380. Bought it brand new in September but have never fired it. I would be including a second mag, an iwb holster along with 200 rounds of ammo.

Never fired, 250 to 270 realistically for the gun itself , generic plinking ammo anywhere from $10-$15 a box ... +/- the PT Barnum factor and your own tastes in pricing it out.

(not that a Bersa is a Sucker's gun, good guns if a bit low on the exterior finish scale)

Sold one of my 10+ year old Thunder .380's to a good friend for $240.

If it's truly "as new in box",,,

If it's truly "as new in box" and unfired,,,
I see no reason you can't ask what you paid for it.

Since you bought it last September,,,
That was before the price madness we are now seeing,,,
I would ask exactly what you have in it including any sales tax.

I bought one as a gift from budsgunshop.com in November last year,,,
I paid $285.00 for a Satin nickel version with one mag,,,
The last time they had a few was back in April,,,
They were asking $325.00 for a duotone.

In short, There's no reason to not recoup all of your initial expense.

Depending how you plan on selling it, you are probably better off listing the gun and extras separately. People who buy guns don't like to factor extras into the asking price.

Gun - $xxx
Extra Mag - $xx
Holster - $xx
Ammo - $xx

With the way things still are, ask about what you paid for them (or maybe a little more for the ammo if it is still hard to come by) and offer first dibs to someone who wants to buy everything.

The Bersa 380 Thunder was the most accurate nice firing pistol I have ever owned, at 21ft I was fast firing a magazine into the size of a nickel, I paid $200 + tax for mine but that was a while ago. I have such good confidence with that pistol I gave it to my mother and she uses it as her CC. As Clang said, itemize each thing and give a really nice package price. Other than ammo any other accessory will pretty much be a wash, each of us has our own idea of what holster we want to use and that my not be yours .
