What Would Happen If...

What would happen if a 3x magnifier was used in conjunction with a Vortex Strikefire with the 2x magnifier screwed in? Would the result be 6x magnification?

Multipliers on old SLR cameras were multiplicative. Can't see how this would be any different, although I'm no expert.

The magnification will multiply to 6x. Whether the focus will be any good would require testing.

My first thought was that it would cause some sort of tear in the time/space continuum and fling us out of orbit into the trackless void, but I checked with Vortex to be sure.

Vortex says the two will not work in conjunction with each other.
