Ok guys, I've recently thought of selling a rifle as a package with several accessories. I realize without a rifle in your hands it's hard to evaluate, and I know the book values, But basically I've got a number in my head and want to evaluate how realistic it is. The merchandise is as follows.

A Winchester Model 70 Classic Stainless, chambered in 300wsm, with the box and papers, the factory recoil pad has been replaced with a Pachmayr Decelerator, and the trigger has been cleaned up by a gunsmith.

A set of burris signiture series double dovetail rings

A leupold VX-II 3-9x40 scope, plex reticle, includes original packaging

A Forester benchrest full length die

A Forester benchrest Micrometer Seater die

50 pieces of unfired Norma Brass

heres the rifle, but with a different scope mounted

Any estimates would be appreciated

CMB;

Pity that's one of the one's with the quality control problems. If the bolt were on the correct side of the action, I'd be seriously interested in it.

As it sits though, the poor little star-crossed booger is worth around $900 - 1000.00 I'd think.

if i were in the market for it, i'd be willing to pay $800. however, not being in the market for it, i may be a little biased to the low end.

Like CB900F said, its a shame that so many of these rifles were made with a defective receiver and bolt. If it was made properly, I'd offer you $900 for it if I was looking for such a gun.
