What's a SAR-3 worth??

My buddy has an AK in .223. I thought it was a SAR-2 but another memeber has told me that it's a SAR-3(Thanks Will Learn). I was just wondering what an AK like this would go for? He is thinking about selling it and I am going to make him an offer. It's in very nice shape and has been barely fired. Also, if you guys have any information or links about the SAR's I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!

no thats a SAR-3 and it should run no more than $400. I'd offer him $300 if I were you, but no more than $350.

SAR3, seem to be going for more than they're worth nowadays. Given that the receivers are older and have to have seen many rounds by now, I can't see paying more than $500 for one.

SAR2, same thing. That's unmodified for both, of course.
