I'm stumped...

Looks kinda like a two rounder for High power rifle shoots where the course of fire is ten rounds, forcing a two round re-load.
Faster than trying to hand feed those last two shots, 'specialy on the fast timed courses.
Flip it over, you can get 4 rounds in mine...
