I have a Ruger 77/22 mag rifle that I have had for years. It is the laminate varmint version with the heavy target grey barrel. Also has a 3-10×44 simmons 44 mag scope. I have been seeing a lot of these on gunbroker for $700-$775. If I thought I could get that I might sell. Do you guys think my rifle would bring that? 95% condition btw.

Less an image and a good quality image it is hard to say. Any gun on any given day is worth what a buyer is willing to pay, no more and no less. That said personally I would never go that high simply because I can buy a CZ in the $500 or less on the used gun market, that being a CZ452 in a nice American Walnut stock, a gun noted for accuracy. However, that said, someone else may go your price range.
