Bolle wrap-around sunglasses with interchangeable lenses. They had a steep discount because they had "Remington" on the temples, and had been on the shelf for a while. Clear, rose, orange, and amber lenses cover just about every base for me.
The two massive magnets I picked up years ago, back when I was a fry cook. They were attached to the inside of some garbage can lids and they were used to separate flatware from the trash.
They got tossed when the (plastic) lids broke. I grabbed them.
They've saved dropped parts from cars, guns, bikes, etc. They've also picked up scrap, nails, steel cases, and other tire eaters from my driveways. I've used them to recover lots of stuff from under water, including three salvageable firearms and several wall-hangers.
About 13/14 yrs. ago I bought a bunch of that German Flectar camo clothing, when it was like 1.99 for a shirt, 2.75 for pants, and the jacket was a whooping 3.97.. I hunt in it, and wear it to this day. Wife HATES it....

I think those were the two cheapest things we ever did. Forgot something, we never bought into the 401 sales pitch, we put our money into savings, (Thank God).
