With all the stuff I hawl to and from the range, I can't believe I haven't forgotten a huge pile of stuff. There are two things of note that I've left/lost/forgotten that sucked. About two years ago I left a kimber 45acp mag on the bench. My pistol is stainless and my other mag was stainless. This particular mag was blued/black and the benchtop was black and that mag has been lost to the range gremlins. Recently I left behind a Cadwell front rest. That sucks pretty bad, as I'm not comfortable testing rifle without a decent front rest. I went back the following weekend and asked, and the RO said I at least the guy that left his range bag with two pistols 😱😭. My dad forgot his 6br about 10 years back during an nra match and had to pay random to get it back..... what have you lost....

I've found a total of five guns left at the range. Turned them all in to the RO and the owners were very happy to get them back. I've been very careful and always double check the bench and shooting area before I leave. Just a matter of time before it happens....

Havent lost anything yet......that i remember ajyway.

Ive left ammo cans, earmuffs, lotsa small stuff, but only when Ive left before my range buddies. They have always brought it home with them and ive gotten them later.

The only thing ive forgot by myself were my binos, and those i left on the roof of my 4runner.....they were still stuck to the top when i got home.

Don't want to jinx myself here by noting I've never lost anything significant at a range.

Did once have a roll pin from the front sight back out and fall off somewhere on an indoor range... Springfield TRP. That, along with my pride (as others have noted) has been left at the range, especially back when I was competing against the young guys.

Few years back, some corrections guys from a state prison up here left an MP5 at a range they shared. Found by a member of the club, apparently. I'm thinking someone got in trouble for that.

A brand new front night sight on my Glock. Had just put it on and it was the first time out with it. It even had Loctite on it. Flew off some time towards the end while I was just point shooting the last few mags and didnt even know it was gone until I stopped and was clearing the gun to go home.

Wasnt a total loss though, the screw was still on top of the barrel when I took it apart to clean it when I got home. :)

And the proverbial "ah-ha light" came on and I went back after dark, and found it in just a minute or so with my little old NV monocular. Stood out like a searchlight. 👍 😁
