1. Stance sucks.
2. "Cup and Saucer" shooting grip
3. He's anticipating recoil (but that goes away with practice)

Things I WILL fault him on:

1. FINGER IN THE TRIGGER WHILE RELOADING

I see more issues with the range than the shooter but it would be tough to make judgement on either without being there in person.
