Hmmm. Forgot about my M-19. :scrutiny: It is a semi safe queen. I need a M 19 shooter.

gunkwazy, I have to ask, what do you do for a living? I want your job, you have multiples of every gun I wish I had....I envy you.

I may be gun poor, but I have a disease.:banghead:
It's stikes most everyone the first time they buy a gun.
It starts out as just one, then you talk to other people and find out you are not the only one that has a gun.
Those people show you their guns and you feel the need to have another, then another, and next thing you know you need a safe to keep them all in. :D
They always say, buy a bigger safe than you actually need.
That's a mistake. Now you feel like you need to fill that safe.
Now you go out and try to fill that safe.
You realize, if you stack the guns better, you can get more in.
Now you start stacking them on top and in back and everywhere there's room to put another one.
You realize you can't get to the guns in the back or on the bottom easily any more.
Now there's only one way to solve that problem.
Buy another safe.
Darn, now they both look empty.
Let's fill 'em.......

I only have one, but I sure do like it.:)

Model 10-5 with a 4" tapered barrel. Balances like a dream, groups like a Bullseye gun.

Model 19 and 66 snubbies

My favorite K frames are model 19 and 66 snubbies. They are good looking and the best size for shooting.

Model of 1899 M&P .38 Special, any variation...though 4 in, round butt is my favorite "K" of all...( first choice )

Model 13-1, or, 13-2, .357, any variation...though 3 in round butt is mmy first pick, with 4 in sq. butt close behind.

Model 10, in .357, any variation...

Any early M&P in .38 Special, any variation...

Model 10, with Bull Barrel, in .38 Special, any variation...

I hate choosing!

It's either this:

Or this:

22s_01.jpg

The top is a Model 19-5, .357 Magnum, with checkered and finger-grooved Hogue Monogrip. The bottom is a Model 18-4, .22LR, with smooth Ahrend's I added after purchase. The 19 has the better trigger and sights, but I like the smooth Ahrend's better for grip. (I put them on the 19 to try and the interfered with ejecting empties and my HKS speedloaders.) And I can plink away all day long with 18.

Although, to be fair, I think I shoot the 19 better between the too, so I can't mark the stocks down too badly.

Edited: I still want a 4" pencil-barrel M-10 and an M-15 Combat Masterpiece. Then I might consider branching out to the 2 1/2" and 6" tubes.

I would love to have a few of these, S&W 10-5 with a 3" intermediate barrel and a round butt.
