What's your "Lifetime Achievement Award" Gun?

Mom bought dad a new 1953 model 94 winchester carbine for deer hunting. When I was 17 and deer hunting with dad I watched with binoculars as a magnificent mule deer walked up and looked at dad as he sat smoking his pipe and never reached for the gun. I asked later and he told me he didn't really like venison but there was no telephone, television or radio out there. There is another reason also; by the time I was 12 I had seen mom back dad's actions twice, both times with that carbine and a round in the chamber. When dad died mom sent me his sweet 16 and the carbine to my younger brother. My brother loaned it out over 15 years ago and never got it back. I have the original receipt and have tracked it through six "owners". 9 years of searching, my wife says I'm crazy, and I am getting to be an old man I could have bought a rifle 5 times over but I will find this one.

Webley-Fosbery. I've seen a few, but the last one's $7000.00 price tag was out of my range.

Fantasy... nothing like an Orbital Laser platform. I'll keep the controls in my 100 meter tall City-crushing robot. :D

As it's unlikely that I'll undertake a lifetime of cartoonish super-villany...

Lottery win, I'll track down a registered FA sear for a Calico.

Actually possible... I'll settle for an octagonal-barreled Freedom Arms revolver realistically. Or a Broomhandle Mauser (one locally for $2k teasing me)

My tastes in guns don't take very many steps outside of my income fortunately.

In 2005 I "graduated" from the Missouri School of Black Powder Accuracy, Cum Laude. I put 5 shots inside a quarter at 50 Meters with a Lyman .54 Great Plains Rifle. 3 were in the "X" ring. Want to know more? Go to bpaccuracy.com

When you have taken more than a few trips around the sun, you actually find you own some "achievement awards". Here is one of mine. A Richards conversion of the Colt M1860, this is an Italian copy but I am still happy.

Earlier I had gotten this M&P chambered for the 32 WCF.

There are a couple more I have picked up. About all I can think of for the future is a cylinder and barrel for the Model P clone I have to convert it to 32 WCF.
