Looking at the below listed rifle I have several different C&R rifles and enjoy taking a few out now and then. It's all about the fun factor and safety oh yeah the cost I know the ammo is a lil pricy I can make my own so no big deal.
I just want to stay away from a total piece of crap. so let me know what you think. And a good low cost dealer.
Thanx

Steyr 95/34 Rifle, 8x56R Straight Pull Bolt Action Rifle, Used, Good to Very Good Condition with no bayonet.
The Steyr 95/34 8x56R rifles are unique rifles rebuilt in 1934 from the original 1895 long rifles to make a shorter length firearm,

Do you have a K-31 straight pull rifle in your collection, it is an excellent surplus rifle for the money, accurate, well made, and built like a swiss watch, I love mine, would never part with it :)

They are neat rifles. The kick isn't as bad as some make it, if you reload don't load them hot, and you will have a nice shooting, fun little rifle.

It is an interesting rifle with plenty of history. I've never had an issue with J&G yet. Looks like they have more than 600 and less than 700 left in stock.

They are extremely handy little carbines that kick and ammo is not common but available. I once owned a Steyr-made as well as an FEG (Budapest) made one.

I've purchased both ammo and clips from libertytreecollectors before. A quick google search should yield some results of ammo in stock. I know hornaday produces it.

the steyr

got 2 one Hungarian and one steyr both carbines just refinished the stock on the hung. looks awesome they both in super shape gotem for less than 100 gonna kill hogs with one of them.
