Where are all the M16A1 barrels?!!

I'm at my whit's end here looking for a barrel...

I'm trying to build a specialized gun for my son, and I need a M16A1 barrel; the classic 5.56mm caliber, 0.625" diameter, 1/12" twist rate, 20" long.

There is nothing in 1/12". I can't find anyone who produces that barrel. Even Numrich is out of stock.

Anybody know a source for the barrel, or even a decent M16A1 complete upper with the correct barrel?
