Where are the sub 2000's?

They're here in San Antonio. Not cheap, though, and more's the shame. ($369ish at a couple stores, and in the same price range at the gun shows)

Call CDNN they seem to get a good stock of kel-tec.

Kel-tec has been having notorious bad manufacturing as of late. Pistols seem available but anything larger than that gets hard to find.

Sub 2K's

I'm an FFL, and I have been on the "waiting list" for glock mag Sub 2K's for the last TWO YEARS, at 6 different distributors.

I have yet to get ONE.

They can be tricky to get ahold of - it was the same when I bought mine 3 years ago. There's quite a few on Gunbroker; worth keeping an eye on that.
