I have a favorite shop that has always treated me well & has now gotten to the point to call if they get something in that may interest me :D Gotta love that ;)

I get most of mine off of gunsamerica. I also sell some there. I use them so much because I just get caught up everyday visiting the site and seeing all the new stuff.

Other than that I do get a bunch locally(can never replace), but the selection just isn't as good as online.

Academy sold me my Ruger 9mm, and they'll probably sell me my HD shotgun. If I want a .22LR plinker, however, it will probably be one of the ones at my local gun range. That's more a selection question, and the fact that Academy has lower prices on the Ruger and cheaper Remington, Mossberg and H&R shotguns, but the range FSSR can beat Academy's price on a Ruger 22/45 . There's a Savage .22LR rifle that I was also looking at that is a Dick's Sporting Goods exclusive, so that narrows the field for that gun. However my "I want it" 22 rifle is a Ruger 77/22, and only the range will special-order one for me without tacking on extra fees and charging full MSRP :what:.
