Where have you setup your reloading equipment?

This house has five bedrooms, three up and two on the first floor.

When we were looking at this place in '03 I took one look at the setup and told the wife the two bedrooms on the first floor will be my gun room and loading room. That was the end of it. She took one bedroom upstairs for her sewing room, and as it turned out the computer room also, one is our bedroom, and the other is a guest bedroom.
The family room on the first floor has a large sofa bed, another large couch, two more chairs, a dining area with table, and second full kitchen is down there for quests.
By the way , a full kitchen is mighty handy to have along with my gun room. Lotsa helpful things for guns can be done in a kitchen to a farethewell.

I built mine after my ex girlfriend of seven years left me last year. Having the house to myself I've got it in my living room. I built this last October and still haven't put a press on it yet as I'm still using my Lee handpress. (Hence, why I haven't posted it on "Show us your reloading bench). I hope to someday though:cool:

I sublet a space in the corner of the Warden's sewing room. It's a good arrangement. She has 6 sewing machines; I have a 4ft wide x 6ft high x 20in deep bench/shelf unit. A/C included. The top shelf stores my tumbler in a 5gal bucket along with other assorted items. If she ever gets tired of gazing upon it, she can make a detachable cover to hide it.

To go along with what Atroxus said, I moved the reloading room from an inside bedroom to the garage when we had our son 2 years ago to prevent unnecessary exposure to lead. Some people may think this is an extreme step, but when the pediatrician asks questions at my son's one year appointment like, "Does anyone in your household reload ammunition?", or "Does anyone in your household shoot on a regular basis at indoor firing ranges?" to determine if he should be tested for lead exposure, I thought better to be safe than sorry. I also have a bunch more room in the "The Batcave" as my wife calls it :).

Just my .02,

I am envious of people who have basements. In Oklahoma, the soil doesn't do well with basements and most leak. I have mine in my garage.

This thread got me talking to the lil lady about moving my stuff from the garage to one of our extra bedrooms. She seems for the idea, thanks fellas.

Main reloading area is the rear 1/3 of a 25' x 10' non-air-conditioned metal shed...progressive press, bullet casting equipment, component storage except for powder and primers, which are in a cool closet location off the garage. Single stage loading equipment is mounted on a Black & Decker folding workbench in a spare bedroom, which is dedicated to my use. I can use a space heater for the shed, but only fans for cooling...so far!:D

Basement, where its air conditioned year round:) 55* in the winter, 68* in the summer, with no more than 50% humidity.

I have a room in the basement for reloading and other hobbies.
It is nice.

Previously I have had reloading in a closet, a chicken coop (no chickens),
an outdoor shed, and in the garage.

Used to be in the garage, but it was usually too hot in summer or too cold in winter. Had to keep the presses and powder measure covered, to prevent kitty cat surprise offerings. To spend an hour loading would require 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after getting everything out and then putting it away.

Last December I rebuilt the bench to fit in a bedroom closet next to my computer desk in what was formerly a bedroom. Now, I leave everything set up and can be reloading within a couple of minutes. Need to stop? Simple. Close the doors. Walk away.

Across the breezeway in an attached workroom to my garage, like Nanook window unit for summertime and little ceramic space heaters for winter

After significant coaxing, the Boss & the Younger Boss let me move from the garage into a spare bedroom upstairs. It's awesome: installed an exterior lock, with another exterior lock on the closet, with gun safes inside there. Sweet loading table, lots of macho Marlin & Winchester posters...
Then, I spilled a large bottle of Hoppe's; soaked into the carpet pretty good. I tossed a towel over it and went to bed---after all, Hoppe's smells like perfume to me.
When my wife & daughter woke up (that's the Boss & Younger Boss), and claimed our whole upstairs smelled like Daddy's rifles. I'm just glad they didn't order a HazMat cleanup.
So, I'm moving into the garage again. ;>.
