Where to buy a set of T star screwdrivers?

My experience is that I bought cheap bits at first and they never really fit my knives well, there was always a little play. I bought a set of Wiha and the bits fit perfectly, except for a cheap Tac-Force knife I had purchased. I am poitive that the torx screws used in the Tac-Force just aren't quality precision made parts, just like the first set of bits I purchased.

The torx bits are good most of the time. I bought a couple of small ones about a year ago to work on a knife. One was really small, a #5 I think. Brought it home and the FIRST time I used it, the end rounded off. Some cheap junk from you know where, took it back to Ace and found a decent one at about 5 times the price.

Have a blessed day,

Leon

Check an electronics parts store. Many of the sell tools for doing it yourself. Buy the more expensive set, this is an instance where you often get no more than you pay for.

I bought some cheap ones at Home Depot and stripped them out on the first use. Then I did some research and bought some from Wiha. I've not had that issue with them. Of course, that led me some other German tools (Knipex, Stahlwille), so you might want to stay away. Your wallet will thank you. :D
