Where to get a M1 Garand converted to take M14 Mags.

The folks who "doubt" these types of mods will work will never believe that they do indeed work. No amount of video's, testimonials, photo's, or second hand statements will change this type of persons mind. There really isn't any magic in doing this, it's simple math. You measure the inside of the receiver for the mag to fit and you cut it with a proper end mill at the appropriate speed. There is NO heat created in milling the Garand receiver to take the M14 magazine. You can readily grab the receiver in any location at any point of the operation, so long as you turn the mill off :)

To really mesmerize some of you, I have NO milling background at all. I had only worked a lathe up to the point I made this rifle with my father in law. We simply took an old 70's M14 mod'd Garand receiver and copied the cuts with simple calipers. The first effort was good enough and it worked like a clock right out of the chute. We put that receiver on one of my Mini-G rifles just because we thought it was cool. Yep, it IS cool.

Peace and God bless you all.
