Beretta M1 Garand

I know Beretta made a run of M1 Garands before converting all of their production to BM59, but I cannot find any reference sheets or anything on them. Does anyone know why they are so hard to find information on? Has anyone ever seen serial production dates or data reference sheets on Beretta M1 Garands?

The CMP Forum is where one can find all the expert information about M1 rifles

Doing a google or startpage search reveals very little information about the Italian M1's. More is written on the BM59. The CMP forum is searchable. In fact your post is already searchable. It might be that you have to post it to the CMP forum to see what information is to be had.
