Folks in the know - what is the best .223 accurate SS bull barrel that is available for an AR.

Also converting a 7mm Rem Mag to .300 Win mag, and I need a good barrel (pref heavy SS, bull and fluted) and a good stock set. Setting it up for distance work, but I really do not know where to look for a reasonable cost on either of these.

One more! Is the original barrel (tapered sporting barrel in 20" I think) and the walnut stock for the Model 70 7mm Win Mag worth selling? both are mint.

Thanks for the help.

I prefer the 7 rem mag for long range shooting. It has less drop than 300 mag. And only kicks a little more than 30/06.

I have had good luck with Olympic Ultra Match stainless steel match barrels for the AR and as a plus, they may actually have some in stock.
AR barrels are getting tough to find right now.

Go direct to Douglas Barrel for the .300 Win Mag barrel.
Google for a link.

Winchester parts depend on the era produced.
Walnut is always in demand if in useable condition. HTH
