Does anyone know where I can order replacement springs and rubber seats for my Ultra Vibe 10? I've used this tumbler for a rather long time, like maybe 11 or 12 years and the springs have flattened out some, and the rubber seats are hard as rocks.

I've looked on line, but I can't seem to find anything, other than retail outlets that sell just the tumbler.

Please no suggestions to just buy a new tumbler, this one is well built and designed to last a very long time.

Thanks RC, we got close, but I still didn't find the parts I need. Thumler's web site contact form isn't working, so I'll have to give them a call instead and ask them if they will sell me what I need, or even a complete refurbish kit would be fine too.

If I can't find those parts, I'll just have to figure out a way to make my own rubber seats, and then see if I can find some springs that will work. Which considering the simplistic nature of, I don't think it will be that difficult to come up with something that will work well.

Ounceload, that's a good idea with the rubber stopper thing, I'll give that a try if I'm unable to locate the parts. And I would imagine I can just stretch the old springs back out some to solve that issue.

Another thought I had was to change the springs and seats out to the one's used on the heavy duty UV-10 for industrial use. I think it's the same unit, but with heavier springs?

Ya, I really like my UV-10 also. Like I said, mine has been going strong for a very long time. Apparently they are built with insulated ball bearing motors, over load protected and fan cooled, good stuff for the money I think. For almost $200, they better be though!

Just call them.
I needed a new rubber/foam "cushion" for the cover of mine, They sent me one free, even though it was out of warranty,

Very nice folks to talk to. They will fix you up.

I needed some parts for mine a few years ago. I found a local company in the phone book that makes rubber parts for industrial applications. I took in the worn out part and they said come back in an hour. Sure enough, they duplicated the part and charged me a whopping $3.00 for 6.

I'll maybe give those folks at rocktumbler.com a call, but they're web page doesn't have those specific parts cataloged. But thanks all the same.
