Where to get the mags I'll need???

Hi folks....I just purchased a Springfield GI Hi-cap 1911 in .45 and have a Colt .38 Super slide, barrel, and extractor I want to substitute on this frame. Does anyone know where I can get the .38 Super Hi-cap mags I'll need for this project?

Your best bet will be to get factory Para Ordnance 38 super mags.

If you can find them the STI manufactured Para mags are the best mags ever made that will work in your gun, but trying to find someone that will sell them is almost a waste of time.

You will very likely need to change the ejector too....

Para mags or the STI Para mags.. you might be able to get SV 38 super mags to fit..you may to relocate the mag catch whole on the mag...

believe those are the only ones..

Hey, Joe, I think the sight is the '70s style of MMC target adjustable. Wonder why they used such a big base for such a little sight leaf?
