Where to unload take-off stocks

I put them online in various places. Sometimes I get lucky, like the time I sold a synthetic Marlin 60 stock on an auction site for more than it would have cost new. Bidding frenzy? I felt a little guilty, so I ate the shipping costs.

If it hangs around and doesn't sell, I usually donate it to the silent auction at my club's annual barbecue. If it still doesn't go, I leave in box at the club labeled "Free Stuff." It usually disappears within a few weeks.

Well, the Weatherby stock sold this time around... for $20.50 plus $12.00 shipping. I always do a round shipping number like that and just averaged out to around that. Unfortunately, the Weatherby stock must be heavier than the others because shipping cost me $24 . After fees I'll probably make $8 on it, haha. Oh well, money I wouldn't have had otherwise.

The Savage 10 stock guy hasn't opened a dispute yet, so guessing he either figured out he was doing something wrong and fixed it or realized he didn't have a case given the information/pictures I provided. In all honesty, I'm guessing it's a case of buyers remorse.
