From your list, I'd seriously consider the Walther P99 or SW99.Only I'd prefer the 9mm versions for easier recoil control.Also check out the HK P2000.
 
Midnight Rambler. I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, BUT. My agency used to issue the Ruger 9mm in several configurations. As a result I severely dislike them. They tended to get rust spots (they were stainless but they still rusted) and the slides would shave material off of the guide rods that would gum up the weapons. I was never very impressed my the handling of the guns when we qualified, BUT they were nonetheless reliable and relatively accurate. If a person didn't shoot it very much I think it would be fine. If I was planning on puting some rounds through it I wouldn't buy it. My agency recently switched to a different weapon as I believe they were having issues of parts breakage with the Rugers.
