2 DSA FALs in Rhodesian camo, 20 spare mags, all the toys to go with, and a TON of ammo.
$6000? I wish I had $600! Have fun, you lucky dude! :)

AI AWP. I dont really see the point in getting one of the long action ones unless your going to be shooting in long range competitions or at people in the field or in combat. If your just doing target shooting 308 is good and cheap enough that you dont have to go broke to shoot the thing.

Down side, when I was looking into getting a rifle from AI it was looking to run me about $8000. If you like the look you could go with an M700 with the A.I.C.S upgrade some of the parts like the trigger and you will still have money for a really nice scope and ammo.

Or spend alittle more and get a Surgon bolt action in .308 with the AICS. The action is alot smoother than the M700. Depending on what state you live in also get a surefire quick attach flash hider and one of their suppressors. Shoot that thing all day without hearing protection in as its easier on the ears than a .22. I miss shooting that rifle. I liked it alot better than the M700 AICS.

I don't think I can say cause I've never even dreamed about spending that much on a single firearm.

However:

The barrett its good out to almost 2000 yds almost a mile away. And with a .50 it packs plenty of punch

2000 yards is over a mile. 1760 yards= 1mi

I would buy 3 rifles.. I have a Browning 1885 Low wall in 17 HMR topped with a Leopold VXIII 6.5x24 it needs to have 3 big brothers.
I would buy 1885 High Walls in 300HH, 375HH and 45/70

For 6g's I would come home with a couple of decked out Springfield M1A's (in 30-06), several thousand rounds of ammo, then seriously add to my budding milsurp collection.

back to the start of this thread he said something about home defense buy a 300.00 dollar shotgun for home defense and spend the rest on a nice long gun.
