Which would you perfer?

Asking for a preference between just two pistols. I don't want a Glock, or what kind of oil to use, just the preference between the DW CCO or the DW Guardian. Thanks for your help.

I love the Guardian and really like the CCO. Pretty much depends on whether the extra round in the Guardian has value to you or not. For carry, the CCO is somewhat easier to conceal for me. However, I don't carry either one now, and prefer the overall look of the Guardian. No way can you go wrong with either.....my Dan Wessons have been unfailingly reliable and accurate. Congrats on whatever choice you make.

I don’t have a Dan Wesson, but as a concept I like the CCO.

I know you didn’t ask, but Mobil 1.

For carry I would go with the CCO because of the Officer frame and Commander slide. For any other reason I would buy the one that feels best in my hand and looks best since both are extremely similar. It seems the only difference is 1/2" in height.

CCO would definitely be easier to conceal, if that's a concern. It costs you a round in capacity though.

I also like the concept of the CCO as it combines the design features of two of my favorite handling Colts: the Combat Commander and the Officers Model.

CCO, cause its gotta feel more like my Colt officers model which has always felt just right...
