Who makes a 44Mag. Snubby?

Unless you have the wrists and forearms of Popeye, you don't want a .44 mag snubbie. An aquaintance has a S&W 29 cut down to 2.5" and magnaported. It not only recoils like a 32 pounder cannon but it puts out a fireball like an 8" howitzer.

I am quite happy with my stainless Taurus .44 special 5-shot. It is adequately accurate and .44 Spl recoil feels like a .22 after .44 mags. With good bullets (I load Gold Dots) it will stop most anything thin-skinned.
