I know that Springfield makes a lightweight 4 inch 1911, and of course Colt makes a lightweight commander, but I was curious as to what other companies make a lightweight pistol in a commander (not 4 inch) length.

Commander Size 1911s

I have what I consider two of the best commander size (4.25”) 1911s.

and my Dan Wesson CBOB

Both are outstanding pistols.

Best regards.

Para Ordnance offered the P13 (13+1) in an alloy frame when they first introduced it. I opted for the steel frame version. You may want to check their site if the higher capacity is something you're interested in.
