Who makes the H&R/NEF and Rozzi combo guns

I'm talking about the inexpensive breakdown combination guns. The first I saw was a Rozzi and I bought it and liked it except for the collapsable ramrod. Later H&R/NEF offered one and the guns looked identical to the Rozzi. Is Rozzi making them for H&R/NEF? Or is it the opposite? Whatever, they still haven't come up with a better ramrod.

NEF new england firearms. Used to make there own guns. i have two break action shot guns from them. Bought in the late 80's. i belive somewhere down the line they did get bought out. As they were never associated with H&R. They had there own site with there own history and everything
