How many times have you seen folks ask about the difference between two (or more) cartridges, or pictures of rounds side-by-side? And God-love-'em, THR'ers take their digital cameras, grab rounds from their collections and lo and behold... some great cartridge pix magically appear that are way too big for my screen! :)

So, if you hadn't seen these yet, there are 2 kinda special tools that may be of interest. Both are useful for free. The first requires you to register on the site to be able to pick rounds, but the second is completely useable just by going there...

One is a Visual Comparison Tool...

The other, a Ballistic Comparison Tool. Here is a link that pre-loads the tool with some interesting rounds (.223 Rem to .50 BMG :)...

Play around while you're there, start by removing a round from the list.

(BTW, that comparison link is posted on the homepage of the Fifty-Caliber Institute)

Of course, folks can still have a ball posting pix from their collections. But for those that might not want to wait for someone who has, say, a .10 Eichelberger Dart to compare with a .460 Rowland might find these tools useful.
