There's no logic involved with anything related to any restrictions anywhere. Trying to find any can give you brain damage. Up here, a 4" barreled handgun is evil. A 5" barrel is not unless it's chambered in .25 or .32 calibre.
Hockey sticks are the real trouble makers. We've been training our youth to be violent with them for eons. They pay adults, ok arrested adolescents, millions of dollars to promote hockey stick violence too.

Silly humans...
It is never the goal to ban evil features like flash hiders, bayonets, etc. They are trying to get your gun banned by banning its features. The gun grabbers, like McCarthy have no idea what a shoulder stock et al is. they just know the EBRs they want to ban have em and they cant ban them directly, so they go after the features.
