I do believe the context of this is never talk to the police when they are interviewing you in relation to some crime.

If a police officer says hello, or talks about the weather, I'm fairly certain you can talk without fear so long as it does not turn into an interview. (In other words, don't let it be a trick to get your gaurd down.)

Why you should never post the same video over and over and over . . . . I agree, it's a good and interesting video. But if you'll look at all the other times it's been posted, you'll see that the reason we locked it the first time was that people weren't able to stay on the high road as they discussed it. I don't see what's changed.

Great presentation. Glad it was reposted, I missed it on the earlier rounds. I wish they would have shown the police officer's lecture as well though.

Interesting points though. If you are under an investigation, nothing you say will dissuade the police from arresting you if that is their intent (even if they are wrong), and nothing you say to the police can be used in your defense. That right there should be reason enough to clam up.
